Joe Nofo, CEO, Owner of No Ka Oi Guard Services LLC, brings wealth of military and business expertise to the role. Joe contributed over two decades of security expertise, including valuable military experience essential for the organization. Having served in the military as an U.S. Army Infantry Platoon Sergeant, Force Protection Officer, Military Police Platoon Sergeant in Korea, and a United States Marine Corps- Security Forces member. Attaining an MBA in Business to to facilitate the growth of the business and enhance our responsiveness to our client needs.
Anthony Andrews is the President, Owner of No Ka OI Guard Services LLC. He has 18 years of experience in the private security industry, 9 years of which he has owned and operated a licensed security company in the state of California. Anthony Served in the Army Infantry and later took his talents to the private sector as a PMC. While working for various private sector companies, he has been credited with being the youngest team lead and detail leader for multiple companies. Anthony has run and coordinated Security details with the State Department, Department of Homeland Security and the United States Secret Service.

Founder, Natalie Lee Kwai and her husband, Ronald, started No Ka Oi Guards in Feb 2002. Starting small with four (4) guards and two sites to work, the company has grown to twelve sites and about fifty (50) employees. In Feb 2007, Nat took over management after her husband passed. Her dedication to the business has made it grow into what is today, a company committed to its customers and employees. In November 2023 Nat decided it was time to retire and sold the company to its new owners, Joe Nofo and Anthony Andrews. They now carry on her legacy.
